Hope everyone is having as nice of weather as we are. Summer has arrived, and I love every bit of it. So do the kiddos.
I love how kids encourage us and demand that we spend so much time outside. I think time out side, fresh air and sunshine are so good for our mind and body.
We have had a crazy week.
We are in the phase of looking to buy a house to relocate, as well as sell our house. For any of you have done that recently you know its CRAZY and super time consuming.
Looking at homes is work, and getting ours ready to sell is even more work.
I have been battling mastitis this week. It is so painful, and I feel like I have the flu. It diffenitly knocks me down for a few days. This is the third time since Jack has been born. I don’t know what is causing it or why so much with him, but it makes nursing not an enjoyable thing when I am in pain, and don’t feel good.
We made it to our local Farmers Market. I love shopping at farmers markets, and local produce stands for foods we are not currently growing in our own garden. We get nice delicious fruits and veggie usually for a good price. I love the feeling of supporting our local farms.
Strawberries are in season at our house. Its so satisfying to be able go into our backyard and pick fresh berries. Its neat to watch Alivia help her self to a snack every time she walks by something that looks tasty.
We ended the weekend not as planned. We were in a car accident on our way to the fire station to see Dave for Fathers day. The kids and I are 100% okay. Thank God our angles were watching over us.
A young women was going to rear end us swerved and side swiped the driver side of my car.
That’s the side Jack is on so I was a bit emotional for the rest of the day. We were almost to the Station so Dave was able to come to us right away. It was a piece of mind in that situation that he was able to respond to us, and help calm the kids. The car will be going to the shop for some love. I considers ourselves lucky and blessed.
