As of last week I officially started training for a Bellingham Bay half marathon that will be taking place September 30. I’m so exciting and super motivated at this point. I feel strong, healthy, and ready to take on the race.
Monday – 4 stroller miles
Tuesday – Strength training
Wednesday – 3 stroller miles/ arms
Thursday – 6.5 stroller miles/ abs
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 3 stroller miles/ strength
Sunday – Rest
